Brief Answer:
Anti fungal cream

Detailed Answer:
You can try over the counter antifungal cream such as clotrimazole. Prescription strength ketoconazole may work better though.

Usually yeast infections occur in skin folds or places that are dark, warm, and moist, such as in the armpits, groin, or between toes. So I am wondering if your infection may be the fungal infection called ringworm instead? Ringworm can occur just about anywhere. Candida (yeast) can too, under certain conditions, but ringworm would be more likely on the forearms.

Either way, treatment is the same - use an antifungal cream. If it is candida, try to address any underlying health risks that may have increased your chance of having candidal infections. These include working in wet conditions, diabetes that is not well controlled, obesity, recent antibiotics, autoimmune/inflammatory disorders, and immunodeficiency.

If it truly is candida, also try to get air and sun on your skin - keep it dry and not occluded.

It will likely take 1-2 weeks of treatment to resolve.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provider any further information or clarification.
