Suggest Treatment For Weak Liver

Question: I have hepatis A at the age of 18 after that slowly I have many stomach related problems .I consulted many gastro after back to test they told I have XXXXXXX hepatitis .For past ten years I am taking live52 syrup daily then my sgpt and sgot level remain normal if I discontinue it will go up to 75 and now I lost my appetites and contiuos bad breath recently I done test in endoscopy I have mild gastrisc blood report bilurubin - 3, sgpt-49 ,sgot-32,total protein-7.4,albuin-4.4,glubin-2.5 and in ultrasound scan I have mild hepatomegali and some time pain in the upper right side where liver is located andni have IBS also could you please advice what is my liver problem how to cure it.and also avoid the bad breath due to this problem I am afraid to go to out current I am taking probotic tablet VSL#3 tablet for bad breath is this benefit for liver any present cure for liver and bad breath for me.if any further test to conform liver problem is this bad breath is due to liver probleasm or other issues.step to control the liver problem

Thanks for writing in

Hepatitis and Gilberts syndrome are two different entities

If you are comfortable with Liv52 there is no harm continuing it, but before that you should get a confirmed diagnosis

IBS is a stress related entity so manage your stress levels by reassurance and meditation etc

VSL#3 will help in IBS but not in bad breath, for that see a oral or dental consultant and if need be manage oral hygeine

Once confirmed diagnosis is there we can advise you about the management of the same
