Brief Answer:
Get culture of Vaginal discharge done

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have repeated episodes of UTI which were being treated with various antibiotics aa per culture report and has now developed vaginal infection .

This is most commonly secondary to UTI and in addirtion to it due to estrogen deficiency that is associated with at this age .

Consult your Gynecologist for clinical examinatio and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis
1) Swab test and culture of Vaginal discharge so as to help to take appropriate antibiotic as er culture report .

Take Estrogen vaginal suppositories this will help to make your vagina healthy and prevent further infection .

Continue taking antibiotic till you get culture report .

Regular Vaginal douches with Betadine vaginal solution will help .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
