Hysterectomy Done, Removed Ovaries, Sore Breasts, Internal Itching Sensation, Tenderness. Treatment?

I had a hystorectomy a couple years ago. They removed ovaries too. I have not had any breast tenderness until recently. Now my breasts are sore and I have this internal itching sensation in my left breast. It all seems bizarre. I do not have any insurance so I'm not sure if I should just wait and see if it goes away or if I should take it more seriously...
