Suggest Treatment For Upper Left Abdominal Pain

Question: I have extreme pain on my left upper side above and around my breast. I was rolling over in a yoga class and felt a pull in my chest. It's been two weeks and it is getting progressively more painful. It feels better when I support my breast really tight underneath, I can't even blow my nose or laugh without it hurting. I'm taking Tylenol for arthritis but it's not helping much. It's really affecting my life, I want to be active. I did try some activity a couple of days ago and now it's much worse, I am frustrated. What should I do?

This will need good pain management to address this. For this reason, I will suggest that you go ahead and add Ibuprofen to the Tylenol. Take the drugs regularly and not only when you are in pains for best results. If this should fail addressing the pain fully, then adding more powerful medications that need a doctor's script for them to be served.
