Brief Answer:
Hypertension should also be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello ! Thank you for using HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your question and I can understand your concern.

From what you've written, I can understand that your doctor is treating/treated you for hyperthyroidism (thyroid hyperactivity).

Sski - potasium iodine is used to decrease high thyroid hormone levels.
Yes, your ringing ears and concentrating problems may be caused by the thyroid.

Elevated thyroid hormones cause hypertension and in result hypertension cause your symptoms.

In this case, after using sski for 4 months and no effective result, I would suggest to discuss with your treating doctor/endocrinologist regarding re-checking your thyroid (blood test, ultrasound).

Meanwhile, check your blood pressure 3 times /day and record the result so you can show to your doctor as hypertension should also be ruled out in this scenario.

Hope you find this helpful. Feel free to ask further.
Take Care !
Dr Balliu.
