Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain And Persistent Cough

Question: Hi doctor, I am student i am 19 year old. I have pain at throat and cough from 12 days. I have little cold. Bit i do not have symptoms like fever and headache. But I am about throat cancer and swine flue. I have not any addiction. I don't drink and smoke. Please help me..

Antiseptic Mouth Wash betadine gargle twice daily ,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine at night &
combination of Paracetamol + Ibuprofen like tab combiflam twice daily after meal .

Continue cepodem AZ once daily .

I used these medicine .. but then also there is not improvement seen in the case. There is cough and cold and sore throat.. My voice is completely changed . Please doctor help me.. But still I have normal temperature no fever no weakness no any pain on body except throat...

Till then i would advice , continue
Antiseptic Mouth Wash betadine gargle twice daily ,
use antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination at night like Montek LC or Romilast L10 &
combination of Paracetamol + Ibuprofen like tab combiflam twice daily after meal & cepodem AZ once daily.

Continue cepodem AZ once daily .

Hi, I went to ENT doctor . He said that I had allergy, infection and acidity at throat.
He gave me 5 medicine for 10 days.
1) Cap Macrabonik DSR
2) Alerfix - m
3) Lexiflox 500
4) Cobadex Forte
5) Ivepred 8
Is any risk for health. What is exactly happened? Please help me ..

Thanks lets hope condition will improve.. But after taking medicine, little pain in legs is started.. I think its action of medicine. I will ask question after completing 1st course of medicine
