Question: I had a scan on my pelvis done and it came back that my endometrium is thickened to 13mm and theres tiny bright foci hyperplasia and echogenic foci in the endometriam. ..what do I do..im 43 and am freaking out. ..my period is due also

And there are four types of endometrial hyperplasia, treatment depends from the histologic type.

Hence consult with a gynecologist and plan for endometrial biopsy to determine the type of hyperplasia.
