Brief Answer:
Consult your Gynecologist and have hysteroscopy with removal of polyp.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

I presume you have attained menopause. The endometrium should be measuring less than 5mm at this age. The thick irregular endometrium is suggestive of endometrial polyp.

Are you taking any medications like Tamoxifen which can cause increased endometrial thickness?

This endometrial polyp is of concern specially if you are having bleeding per vagina. It is important that you consult your Gynecologist and have hysteroscopy with removal of polyp. The polyp should be sent for microscopic examination to confirm that it is normal.
I hope this helps.
If you have any further queries, do write to me. I will be happy to answer.
