Brief Answer:
Could be Urinary Tract Infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I'm sorry but i only received answer to two questions. Most common cause resulting in such pain includes urinary tract infection. Other cause includes renal stone. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following measures:

- drink adequate water.
- take very good care of personal hygiene.
- wash genital area thoroughly after using washroom.
- avoid sexual intercourse till you become healthy again.
- Avoid coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks containing citrus juices and caffeine until your infection has cleared.

If condition does not improves in 1-2 days or aggravates then you need to visit hospital for further workup.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
