Question: Hello, I had allegrys for a little bit, especially with the pollen season. I woke up with one of my side/front teeth senstive on my right side, I had a lot of dairy the last 3 days and dairy usually affects my ears and mucus. I had this teeth senstivity on friday. Saturday didnt feel good, my right side cheek swollen and pressure, ear hurt a little. Not drainage from my nose, slight headache, kept talking ibpfofen for swellling and pain. Sunday felt a little better, but my teeth on the right side and little front felt tight, achey, senstive. Also, the most painful spot was on my right side just below the right wing of my nostril is where it hurts the most and its swollen, hurts when there is pressure. and just hurts. Today, monday pain is more towards the wing of my right side of nose, teeth on that side hurt and are senstive, swelling on my lip, right side of nose. My whole face on the one side aches and painful, slight headache, pressure by my nose under my eye. I have sneezzed a couple of times, relieved pressure, my snot was clear though, I have been drinking liquids, steaming over a pot icing my face, taking pain killers. do I need antiboties? Go to the doctor or dentist, how can I get rid of this pressure and pain

Brief Answer:
It looks like Sinusitis problem only..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query..

All your symptoms are pointing towards Sinusitis..
Upper teeth and area around nose and nostrils can be achy and you can feel pressure due to close proximity of large pair of sinuses in this area..

You should go to an Oral Surgeon or an Otorhinolaryngologist for examination..
A sinus x ray can be done to confirm the cause and decide further that it is due to infection or allergy..

As of now continue taking steam and along with it you can also use decongestant nasal spray like those containing Xylometazoline or Oxymetazoline for reducing pressure..

Please do write back for more queries..

Hope this information helps you..
