Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Shingles
Question: Suddenly my right side of my face swelled up and the skin looked like rosecia - It was relieved by 6 days of steroids - but when they were done, the swelling and redness came back and moved up towards the eye and to my upper lip and tongue all on the right side. At my doctor's advice I went to the ER - they did a CAT scan of my facial bones - no tumor or abcess - and gave me doxycycline - it helped for 3 days but now the numbness and redness is back and feeling worse. Any thoughts?
