Question: My peak flow is gotten down to the normal being 120 low, 150 average, 225 very seldom.
I feel like my throat is constantly tight and wheezy, perfumes, fabric softeners make me wheeze terribly.
I am on 2 2x daily pulmicort, Spiriva, ventolin, combivent as needed.
I feel like I am slowly dying

Thanks for the query.
It seems your asthma is not controlled or you are in acute ecacerbation. If it were controlled earlier and only recent change in peak flow is noted then probably it is acute ecacerbation.
At this juncture I will advise you to take a short course of oral steroid like prednisolone 40 mg after breakfast for 7-10 days to be stopped abruptly without tapering. Take pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast to avoid gastritis. Continue combivent and pulmicort inhalers 6 hourly. As you start feeling better switch on to symbicort 400 2 puff twice daily and complete cut off the doses of pulmicort while combivent to be continued for as on needed basis.
If you're bringing out yellowish sputum take a short course of levofloxacin 500 mg for 5 days.
