Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be from a sinus infection only.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these swollen glands that you have reported. I have reviewed your information fully. The widespread nature of your lymph nodes are not in line with a sinus infection. Sinus infection would generally cause swollen nodes around the head and neck region. Nodes that appear all over the body are suggestive of a more generalized infection. Because the nodes are swollen and painful, I will suggest that you get them examined and do a blood test to look for a possible clues for a blood infection.

In all, your symptoms cannot be explained by a sinus infection. It is more likely that this is caused by a systemic infection(involves blood). I will recommend you get examined by a doctor and do blood tests to identify clues and possible causes of this infection.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
