Brief Answer:
Suboxone is a suitable choice

Detailed Answer:
HI,
I have read your query and understand your concern.

If you could not get methadone ,you can try for suboxone which is an equally efficacious drug when compared to methadone in treating Post crushing pain injuries.

This is the first opioid drug approved for opioid dependence in the office setting.
This drug can be dispensed by an approved physician or taken at home like just like any other medication.

This means that opioid addicted patients may now choose to receive this treatment in outpatient setting rather than hospital setting.

This drug also helps to wean people from opioid addiction.

Patients are evaluated during office visits and receive a prescription for suboxone, which they may fill at any pharmacy.

So consult your Primary care physician today.

I hope this info is helpful to you .
Thank you
