Question: My girl friend And I had gonorrhea 3 months ago got treated And I notice about a little over a month ago swelling in the balls no pain just discomfort when walking and sitting down they swelling goes down when I relax also how would they treat swollen balls and the head of the penos is swelled

Reevaluation 3 months after treatment is recommended by the CDC. In your case both of you need to be re evaluated. Get your discharge if any from the urethra is again checked for chlamydia, gonorrhea, or other infectious organisms. The clarity of pictures is not very clear.
In some patients chronic epididymitis can develop which is more difficult to treat and may require 4 to 6 weeks of antibiotics. I advise that you should refrain from sexual activity and seek immediate medical treatment from your health care providers to prevent transmission of the infection to others and avoid long-term complications. It could also be a possible spermatocoele. Kindly visit a dermatologist and get evaluation done.
