Question: Brief Answer:
Get evaluated by your primary care doctor!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this shortness of breath which you have reported. I have reviewed your information fully and this doesn't seem very much suggestive of a heart or a lung problem. Other common causes of shortness of breath include anemia and this is more common in elderly. I will therefore recommend that you meet your primary care doctor and get evaluated. A baseline package of tests looking at the blood picture should be conducted. Based on these findings, a plan would be established to manage what the identified cause of your symptoms is.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

I have been experiencing a shortness of breath. I have no history of heart problems and try to workout every other day with weights and moderate cardio. Climbing stairs has become a problem. I am not experiencing any chest pains. I do not smoke nor drink and have always been considered to be in excellent health at 5' 10" and 188 lbs.
