Brief Answer:
can try buscopan

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The stone fragments as they move down after fragmentation can cause pain even with a stent in situ. Tylenol is a very mild painkiller, and you can try combining it with buscopan for more effective pain relief. The colic is usually associated with nausea and vomiting and therefore you might benefit with use of drugs like pantoprazole 40 mg once daily if required with domperidone or ondansetron 4mg before food for helping you avoid throwing up.
Once the acute discomfort is relieved, try and see if you can add Flomax to your medication till the stentc is removed. Addition of Flomax at 0.4 mg once daily at bedtime significantly helps expulsion of stone fragments faster with less discomfiture. Ensure your fluid intake is good. Avoid anything other than a dift bland diet till the pain is relieved.
Hope I have been of help.
Best wishes.
