Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Loose Stool

Question: Hello Doctor, GM
I have stomac pain as well as loose motion from yesterday. Day before yesterday night I was suffering from fever but from yesterday i don't have fever. for Fever I had taken CROCIN single time. and for loose motion yesterday I had taken 1 Flaygel 400.
But still i have pain in my lower stomac and loose motion continue.
Please suggest any good medicine. (to me it seems food poisioning)

I read your history and can understand your concern.
According to your symptoms your are having gastroenteritis (food poisoning), so start taking tab Ciplox TZ twice daily,morning and night. If you have fever you can take Tab Paracetamol 500mg.

Drink plenty of water( Boiled water)

Take rest

Eat soft and easily digestible food

Avoid non veg till you get recovered
