Brief Answer:
She really needs to visit a doctor and have proper diagnostics.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Gallbladder pain is usually located in the upper right abdomen. It tends to radiate to the back. It appears after a meals especially fatty. Nausea, lack of appetite are also characteristic for this issue.
Gallbladder pain is usually caused by gallstones.

Similar pain in same location can be caused by urinary tract infection or stones. Stomach pain due to peptic ulcer can appear in the upper middle and right abdomen. It does not radiate anywhere and is dull.

If she is older than 50, constipation can be caused by some changes in large intestine including colon cancer. That is why, she should have colonoscopy done.
Constipation can be also caused by hypothyroidism, bad diet (low fiber intake), chronic bowels infection, hypertension medicines.

Please try to discuss with her and make her visit a doctor. She really needs to. Even gallstones can be life threatening in case of inflammation. Chills, fever, accelerated heart rate are typical symptoms of inflammation.
Abdominal ultrasound, blood work, urine analysis should be done at first. Colonoscopy should be scheduled.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
