Brief Answer:
Has developed impetigo: bacterial infection of skin

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthCareMagic

I have reviewed the attached photograph.

This is most probably impetigo which is a bacterial infection of the skin.

In such cases patients need to be given oral as well as topical antibiotics.

I recommend my patients to take oral antibiotics like amoxicillin clavulanic acid combination 125 mg syrup 1 teaspoon twice daily for 7 days along with application of mupirocin cream on the sore twice daily for 7-10 days. This will resolve the sore.

These medicines are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Pain in the tummy is unrelated to this sore.

I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
