Brief Answer: Glycolic acid peels Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for the query. If skin lightening creams are not working you can go for chemical peels. Glycolic acid peel will be good for you. It is done once a month. You need to meet a dermatologist for this. Use sunscreen with spf more than 30. Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you

Brief Answer: Use hydroquinone. Detailed Answer: Hello Hydroquinone is good. It might take some time but will give you good results. Dont use it for more than 6 months at one stretch, it may cause hypopigmentation. Use it for 6 months and then change over to kojic acid cream. Suncross aquagel is fine for winters. For summers you can use photoban with spf 50. Cetaphil is a good daily moisturiser. Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you

Brief Answer: Use combination initially Detailed Answer: Hello Hydroquinone is a strong depigmenting cream. It gives faster results but has side effects on long term use. You can use the combination what you are using now for 6 months. Later use only kojic acid as a daily cream. It has no side effects. Yes irregular periods can be associated with PCOD, a disease of ovaries. In this condition pigmentation can be seen. Please meet a gynecologist. Thank you
