Suggest Treatment For Skin Eczema Along With Pigmentation
Question: Hi I have ance in face so I consult doctor before 12 days and asked to take tretin-ISO tablet for 10 days and asteclin oilment.... My acne got cleared mostly but my face has become dark and reddish.....tablets gets over before 2 days.... Will I get my normal colour back or not? Pls I need a help

You seem to have developed a mild eczematised reaction over face.
Such a reaction is very common in patients on acne treatment .

There is itching wen I wash face oly dr... I using derma due acne soap... Face become dark and small area is little reddish in dark place.... Will I get back my normal colour... When I will get normal colour back doctor.... I not able to upload pic dr.... I ate tretin ISO tablet for 10 days and last 2 days not eating any tablet but face is dark....

I have seen the attached pictures .
You surely seem to have developed a skin eczema along with pigmentation.
My advise is that you should stop all the medicines that you are taking or applying .
Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected areas twice daily for three to four days .
Take some oral antihistamines like Benadryl or levocetrizine along to relieve the associated itching and allergy .
Use a medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 regularly before going out in the sun .Apply it atleast thirty minutes before going out and re apply every three hourly.
Once the eczema subsides completely,then you should restart treatment for acne under medical supervision .

How many days it will take doctor to get my normal colour..... I have stopped t medicines before 2 days itself doctor...
