Brief Answer:
Please provide additional details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

You probably seem to have reversible cause of breathlessness as per your response to inhalational drugs.

The concept of permanent response depends on the cause of breathlessness in your case.

I request you provide me with some more details pertaining to your breathing disorder and drugs you take, based on which I will be able to guide you further.

Thank you.

I am currently studying in XXXXXXX This breathlessness/shortness in breath along with frequent clearing of throat araises only when I go to my native in TN. I used to have Foracort 200 inhaler and I will be releived. Also I will take L Cetrino M if the situation is too bad. I never had such an isuue whenever I was in XXXXXXX But recently I had this problem even when I was in XXXXXXX I am allergic to dust and used to have frequent cold. Is there a way to permanently cure this..Are these the symptoms of Asthma..How to go about this?

Brief Answer:
Prevention is only the best modalty.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

These symptoms could be probably be related to mixed allergic bronchitis and allergic asthma.

The symptoms are related to allergic reaction to dust and pollution.

These symptoms usually persist only in presence of aggravating environment like dust where ever it is either TN or XXXXXXX In the absence of such environment, symptoms are usually absent.

Foracort and L Cetrino M are excellent drugs useful to control these symptoms.

There is no possible cure to Allergic Bronchitis and Asthma except prevention.

This is because the symptoms arise due to intrinsic/inherent hypersensitivity of the lungs to dust.

Only thing you need to do is to avoid dust as far as possible.

Thank you.

Thanks for the reply.

Can I take these medicines without medical prescriptions whenever the symtom arises? And how about its side effects?

Can you prescribe anyother tablet for the same?

Brief Answer:
Medical prescription is always needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

You need to take these medications only with strict medical prescription.

You can take them on as and when required basis.

Foracort is a steroidal drug, and on daily long tern use is known to oral fungal infection as major side effects.

hence I recommend you to have a mouth wash with Listerine, every time after you finish inhalation of the drug.

Alternative medicines include Flo-mist nasal Solution and Tab Deslor 5mg.

Please not the above drugs should also be taken only under strict medical prescription.

Thank you.
