Brief Answer:
work depends on how you feel

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If you are throwing up due to infection that will pass but if you are throwing up due to constipation that is more serious. You can get a bowel obstruction due to severe constipation. If you have fever and pain you should probably go to Emergency. If it is getting better then try an enema (like Fleet's) that you can buy at the pharmacy to get rid of the constipation and some liquid milk of magnesia (by mouth).
If the pain gets severe or you develop fever you really need to go to Emergency. Bowel obstruction can be so severe that surgery is required, but can be corrected without surgery if you see a doctor soon enough

when I got up this morning I got to use the bathroom and got to eat something but later on in the day I started running a fever but my body was cold shivering so I got under a electric blanket to keep warm so what do you think I have or need to do.

Brief Answer:
see doctor

Detailed Answer:
You need to see a doctor. If you are having fever, that is a sign of infection. If you have still not had a bowel movement and have abdominal pain it may mean that you have an infection in your bowel. You need to see a doctor right away and if you can not see your doctor, then go to Emergency
