Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain And Muscle Spasms In Left Ear

Question: I am fused from c2 to t2 with instrumentation both anterior and posterior. I am having sharp pain in left ear and left muscle behind ear now for a good say 6 months. Started something stabbing me in my ear now the muscle is spasums are driving me crazy. It has been 14 yrs since last surgery on neck I have been off ms contin now since January. Do not will not go back on ms contin. Have cage packed with donar bone in front and 2 metal rods in back w/5 screws on ea rod. I think it could be TMJ.

Physiotherapy like IFT And TENS will help you.
TMJ abnormality is less likely the cause of symptoms.

I just want to say thank you. I have tried pregabalin it makes me jerk. I forgot about my TENS unit. I will consult my doctor. Thank you again.
