I have gone through your query carefully and please tell what medicine/treatment are you taking for backache?
I usually treat my patient's with acecofenac along with muscle relaxant drug like thiocochicoside, cycobezapine (ThiospasA 8).These are prescription only drugs, and hence you should contact your local doctor. Physiotherapy in form of short wave diathermy and TENS helps in early recovery.
