Question: I am on disability and can't afford doctor fees......having severe vertigo and have been to ER twice in last 10 days from numbness of upper extremities and burning sensation with tingling of right leg.......both ER visits did CAT of brain and Ultrasound of legs to rule out clots (stroke)....each time negative. Now i have the vertigo which i have had in the past but it is fierce..... was told I probably need MRI of spine to rule out impingement have appointment with neurologist on Tuesday but unfortunately I live alone and i am terrified that these symptoms keep occurring.
I am waiting for answer I have set up a $15.00 per month annual subscription and paid with my AMX card but don't know how to use this program....where do i find the doctor's answer to my question?

Brief Answer:
Certain medicines like betahistine or cinnarizine can provide relief.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I am sorry that you needed to wait but although there are always a number of doctors online to help you out, often the number of queries waiting to be answered is also high and they might need some time to answer your query. It also takes time to find the right doctor for you and he also needs some time to type in the answer. However, most often the questions get answered in less than an hour or two.
Coming to your query. I completely understand your concerns. You seem to have a problem with your vestibulo cochlear apparatus which is seated in your inner ear. Alongside acting as the seat of hearing, it also is responsible for maintaining balance and a problem with this appraratus may lead to vertigo. Medicines like betahistine or cinnarizine can provide relief.
However, I would still suggest you to proceed with the appointment with your neurologist who would be able to evaluate you properly and make out if there can be some other possibility behind your problems.
Let me know if I could be of further help.
Regards
