Brief Answer:
Please upload reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us.

I would like to ask if you can upload the reports.

I would also like to know if you experienced similar pain earlier, if you are under any medication and any other significant information.

If you did not have it earlier, I would recommend a sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route, to know the status of the pelvic organs and help plan further management.

Hope you find this information useful. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.

This has been going on for several months. I am taking high blood pressure medication, and chlorestorol medication plus acyclovir. I had a hysterectomy in my early twenties after my second child. I also have lower back problems but that's it. No major illnesses.

Brief Answer:
Detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing back.

Given your history and your age, I am thinking of the following possibilities:

1. Loss of muscle tone with pulling effect on the tissue
2. If you have a flabby abdominal wall, this could cause the stretching effect
3. Any infection in the pelvis, which needs to be ruled out if not done so already
4. Any herniation
5. Any pelvic masses or adhesions, which can be excluded through a sonogram of the pelvis

A proper clinical evaluation by an expert is necessay to clarify and plan further management.

Hope I have clarified your query. Please get back if you need any more information. I will be ready to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
