Brief Answer:
Spondylosis could be the cause of your low back pain

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. However, I would request you to list the complaints that you have and how long you have been having them. I would also need to ask you whether you have undergone appendicectomy, how long back did the ovarian cyst burst and whether a surgical intervention was done. Also mention what makes you think that you have an infection. Based on your inputs I would guide you further.

Your low back pain could be due to spondylosis or could be due to muscle spasm, thus causing the pain. Infection is not the likely cause here and such a pain would not be considered normal. Hot compress should provide relief. If it does not, I would insist you to get a X Ray of Lumbosacral spine (AP and lateral) done and to see a physical therapist with the reports. Based on the findings he would be able to demonstrate to you proper exercises that should provide relief.

Feel free to write back.

Brief Answer:
Try some OTC antiemetic

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the update. Sorry for the inadvertent delay. You need to take some antiemetic like Meclizine or Dimenhydrinate when needed. If the condition persists you might need to get it reviewed by your surgeon. Regarding the back pain, you need to follow the directions I have provided in my last communication. You can take some NSAID like Aleve (naproxen) as per requirement.
