Brief Answer:
Try home remedies and take a multivitamin tablets.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

There can be various reasons for hair fall like stress, vitamin deficiency etc.

You can try some home remedies like:

- Applying neem leaves paste to hair for half an hour and washing your hair. This helps in increasing hair growth and reduces hair fall.

- Try and change your shampoo to a mild one like Dove or Himalaya products.

- Do not over wash your hair, wash it twice a week.

- Oil your hair with coconut or castor oil before washing your hair.

- You can also take some multivitamin tablets such as tablet B-complex(biotin and vit B5) once daily after food, for 15 days to one month.

- Have health diet rich in proteins and zinc for good hair growth, like spinach, sweet potatoes, nuts, eggs, fish etc.

I hope this answered your query. Kindly follow up with queries if any.

Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

If you can get castor oil that is the best. Even parachute coconut oil is good. Shampoo you can use Head and shoulders anti hair fall shampoo, it is a medicated shampoo with Pyrithione Zinc for a month then follow with a mild shampoo like dove daily shine or regenerative repair shampoo.

I hope this answered your query. Do follow up with queries if any.
