Brief Answer:
You shouldn't drive, call someone for help or call an ambulance

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to health care magic, I have gone through your question very diligently and I will try to help you out in best possible way.

I agree with you, you shouldn't drive in this condition, better it would be if you can hire a driver or someone can take you there

Dizziness at your age might be related to number of conditions like
High blood pressure
Changes in blood sugar level (either increase or decrease)
Vestibulocochlear disease
Middle ear infection
neurological disorders
BPPV (benign proximal positional vertigo)

As you work on the computer whole day than it might be caused by fatigue due to constant straining on the eyes, to be on safe side I would advise you to go to Emergency care.

Since you have also developed trouble with vision, so, in my opinion you should go to Emergency care for recording of blood pressure, EKG, blood sugar, Liver function test, kidney function test, lipid profile tests and physical examination to find out the underlying cause for dizziness.

Meanwhile you can take promethazine group of drugs for symptomatic relief
Please take due care while standing up and walking, you may fall down and injure yourself.
don't stay alone, call someone for help.

Hope this answers your question please feel free to ask for follow up question I will gladly answer you.
Best wishes
