Since you are not having bowel movement without laxative i woud advise you to add fiber to your diet which will increase the weight of your stool and speed its passage through your intestines.
Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day.
You can eat whole grain breads and cereals.
I woud also advise you to exercise most days of the week
Since you are having pain in left foot you need to do x ray of left foot
I would also advise you to take tablet paracetamol 500 mg twice a day for your pain
