Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain After Eating

Question: I have shivering, and I feel cold, however my room temperature is 85 F and I'm covered with blanket I'm having
long sleeve dress. My body temperature is 96.5 F what should be my problem. Sunday my abdominal pain was terrible and went to the Roosevelt Hospital ER and took urine test it was normal.They sad my X- ray shows that supine and upright views of abdomen were obtained. They are no abnormally dilated bowel loops. The other test is here Ketones neg Spec grav normal Blood neg. PH 7. Protein neg. Urobili normal, Nitrates neg. Leuks neg/ trace/ I never diagnosted with constipation, I'm having twice a day BM every day, like Sunday too. But I took the miralux. They did not take blood test. I think I cleaned up my colon well. ER Doctor suggested soft diet since. Because when I eat my abdominal pain is unbearable. Than Monday I went to my primary Doctor, who was maternity leave, until October, a very young doctor substituted he suggested Antibiotic cipro, 500mg twice a day. He did not take blood test, however I asked. He thinks I have UTI. My abdominal pain is not so sharp since than, but I still great 7 on the scale. Sunday was 10. Since I take antibiotic, I'm shivering. I go back to see that young doctor at Friday. I do not trust him, because during my examination he was yawning at least 7 times, he not even asked me sorry, he checked his smart phone at least 5 times, and interrupted my examination several times to go out to talk. Well, your concern is understandable.

As an Urologist, i can suggest, it would have been good to do an urine culture test, as well as an Ultrasound abdomen, to find out cause of severe pain you had.
Cipro has given you relief and you're better now. That's good news.
As you're having normal BM now, there's no major bowel problem.
If your blood test is done , get your sugar and kidney function checked.
Drink 8-10 glasses of liquids daily.
Hope your doubt is cleared.

My sugar level was fine as they told me. I asked ultrasound but I suspect ovaries problems. I'm not better, the pain is still exist. Okay thank you I did not see you answer.
