Brief Answer:
Medicine and exercises will give relief

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
You have sciatica and disc bulge. So there can be nerve impingement too and in either way, radiating pain is quite possible. In patients with such complaints, I generally suggest the following-

Avoiding heavy weight bearing and forward bending.
Hot dry compression locally.
Exercises like isometric spinal exercises after being shown by therapist.
TENS or Ultrasound therapy locally for 10 days will give relief.
Painkiller tablets like ibuprofen or aceclofenac. Excess painkiller use can be cut short by local application of painkiller gel which will reduce side effects.
Pregabalin-mecobalamin for neuropathic pain.

You can consult the above with your treating or family doctor and get them prescribed.
You can get an MRI done and consult a spine surgeon if not already done.

Hope this was useful.
You can consult me for any further queries and I will be happy to help.
Regards.

I consulted a doctor , he advised me to go for an mri and physiotherapy. I shown the mri reports to him and he told that i have disc bulge in the 3 successive areas in lower lumbar. i have been doing exercises for past 1month and the pain was localised at the lower back. But for the past week I feel the radiating pain in my left leg , feeling numbness and tickling sensation even the veins they show out in my leg and I could feel the pain if I touch that areas where it shows out. It troubles me a lot. I applied analgesics too locally, gave hot water therapy and did physiotherapy too. It doesn't feel better. It has been a long back I slept without pain. At night it gets worse. Morning I feel quite better but I couldn't keep the legs in a position at night, I feel like I have to keep it moving. Please let me know what I should do.
