Needs optimization of treatment of multiple diseases their complication

Detailed Answer:

Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, it seems that you are quite a determined person to have faced and countered so many illnesses at a time.

Currently out of all your disorders two are troubling you the most.

One is the heart failure which is contributing to exhaustion as well as shortness of breath. For that you need to be examined in detail by your GP/Cardiologist and if any signs of fluid in chest is noted clinically or on chest X-ray, medicines which cause more urine formation needs to be given to take out excessive fluid out of the body and facilitates your heart. Some other heart medications along with bisoprolol are needed and whole regimen needs to be adjusted acoordingly.

Second issue is the tiredness and pains which you are facing because of RA or OA combined and it needs to be reviewed by a rheumatologist for optimization of their treatment. Taking supplements and pain killers is okay but some other medications which reduce the wear and tear of joints are also needed and must be designed after a detailed examination and radiographs of affected areas.

Overall, since you have fought with all these illnesses quite well up til now, you need to keep up the tough but determined work and symptoms will improve once the right combinations of drugs will be achieved.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Regards.
