Brief Answer:
You can see the Gynecologist tomorrow morning.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Since you say you have had complete hysterectomy I presume that even cervix has been removed. When was the hysterectomy? Why it was done? We're the overdoes removed?

Do you have any vaginal discharge other than spotting?

The reasons for this spotting and cramps at your age can be due to
1.Vaginal infection
2. Atrophic vaginitis- due to estrogen deficiency at this age, the vaginal lining becomes very thin and can be easily bruised
3. Precancerous and cancerous conditions of vagina and vulva- though very rare, it is important that this cause is excluded.
I hope this is helpful.
You can wait till tomorrow to see the Gynecologist .
Please make sure that you see her tomorrow.
If you havevfurther concerns I will be happy to answer.
Regards,
Dr Rama
