Brief Answer:
You need to consult qualified Urologist.`

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in perineum and painful ejaculation .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have any other urinary symptoms like burning urination, frequency etc.?
2) Did you get these symptoms after having unprotected sex?
3) Did you have sex with woman whose STD status is not known to you?

Pain in perineum with painful ejaculation strongly suggests infection of Prostate (Prostatitis).

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Routine urine test and urine culture
2) Semen examination and Semen culture
3) Trans Rectal Ultrasound Scanning (TRUS)
4) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and Pelvis.

In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Further treatment will be decided by him based on results of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

i meant to say 6 weeks not months. also had seen urologist and proctologist. each gave me a rectal exam. says all is good. blood tests are great. urine is all negative just a trace of blood which doctor wasnt concerned about. pain is mainly pelvic floor. some really good days but sitting long periods, heavy excercise and post sex (hours after using penis muscles) all seem to aggrevate pain and aching. no signs of abdominal pains...could this be a strain I felt from lifting my child? i felt a small pop in perineum area and since the pain radiates. sits bones, pelvic area, sometimes anus.. thanks

ps bowel movements, urinating, passing gas all fine and normal

Brief Answer:
Pain suggests infection .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.

Pain in perineum that gets aggravated after sex suggest infection either in prostate or seminal vesicle and can not be due to exercise or any physical activity or sitting .

I would suggest to get semen examination and culture done to rule out infection.

In the mean while continue taking drugs which I have suggested in my reply earlier.

Thanks and Regards.
