Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Folliculitis

Question: Hello, A little while ago I went to this site with concern of a rash I had on each of my thighs and was told it was folliculitis, since then it has mostly cleared up. However, today I woke up and noticed that I had a small-ish red spot in practically the same area on each of my inner thighs. When looking at them one red spot seemed to have a small hole in the center(may be open skin, I'm not sure) with a white circle around it. While I have experienced no pain, noticed no fluid, due to the location it still has me nervous. Upon research online it seems like some cases that sound similar can be from insect bites or friction or a number of other things, including STD's :( while I have never had unprotected sex it still has me quite nervous. I'm beginning to think I overreact with these things however I'd really like to be able to ease my mind. Thanks to whoever can help!
