Brief Answer:
Viral illness - no need for antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi...this seems to be a viral illness. If your kid is normal in between fever episodes in a single day...I don't think you should worry as its only 5th day of fever.

Danger signs include breathlessness/ rash/ low urine output/ seizures/ unconsciousness/ blood in motion. Don't worry if these are not there & the kid is active.

Coming to your queries -
1. I have gone through your reports... Looks like viral fever. No antibiotics.
2. CRP can be raised even in viral illness.
3. I don't approve of doing widal test when it is less than 7 days fever.
4. No need for Taxim-O (Cefixime) and no need to change it too.
5. No need for injections or Meftal-P for high fever. Only paracetamol and plenty of oral fluids or water is enough.

Brief Answer:
It is viral illness - she wil be better in a coupel of days

Detailed Answer:
Hi..with what you quote I feel that she is recovering from a viral illness and doesn't require antibiotics.
For fever - Paracetamol can be given in the dose of 15mg/kg/dose every 4-6th hourly that too only if fever is more than 100F. I suggest not using combination medicines for fever, especially with Paracetamol. For her weight you can give Tablet Crocin or P-500 (500mg) 1 tablet every 4-6th hourly if temperature is more than 100F.

If you give Paracetamol in the prescribed dose and only if temperature is more than 100F nothing will happen. But if your apprehension about fever, if you give excess times or over dose then it can cause complications.

I wish your kid a speedy recovery. If you need any future medical consultation and suggestions, I will be glad to help. You can approach me at the following link. Please find the link below.
