Brief Answer: Recurrent U T I Detailed Answer: Dear XXXXX, You have not given the full details about your investigations. you are having recurrent Urinary tract infection and are having protein in urine. This suggests that there is some problem in your kidneys that you are passing the proteins in the urine. if your problem is very recent it means some infection of the urinary tract has occurred but this will disappear after the treatment after getting your urine culture done. Right antibiotic after culture sensitivity will make you completely alright. As regards bilirubin it is necessary to know how long it has been there or it appeared after the ingestion of the medication which is a common phenomenon due to some mild toxicity of the liver. This will also settles after due precautions as must have been advised by your doctor. If it is of a long duration and the levels are going up you should visit a hepatologist. Otherwise with passage of time you should be fine. I wish you best of luck. Truly, Dr. J. Ticku
