Question: Have a rash in groin area below stomach, not inbetween thighs or on or in vaginal area, red bumps look like razor burn, could this be hurpes?

Thanks for uploading the image.

Based on the description of the rash and the image you uploaded , it is not a herpes rash.

Its intertrigo. Miconazole ointment with petroleum jelly should help resolve the rash. Avoid too much water exposure and try to keep the area dry and clean.
