Brief Answer:
Looks like intertrigo, apply steroid antibiotic cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and you seem to have developed intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a cream containing combination of antibiotic and steroid on the affected area like neosporin ointment and cortisone cream twice daily for 7-10 days.
Besides this wear cotton underwear, avoid strenuous physical activities, stay in cool airy environment.

Brief Answer:
Mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream

Detailed Answer:
You can go for some other antibiotic like mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream.
Steroidal preparations that can be used are either beclomethasone cream or mometasone cream or clobetasol propionate cream.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
