Question: my 8 year old daughter developed a rash few days ago.. no fever or itching attached picture tell me what it could be pls. on chest area back abdomin. ty

I would.suggest my patients clindamycin ointment locally for a week to see if it settles.
Ensure frequent wash with soap and water to help in settling the rash.
