Brief Answer:
Possible contact dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM,

I saw carefully your picture of the rush you have in your arm.
Do you have it from a long time? Is it itchy? Painful? Is it spreading?

It looks to me like it is a contact dermatitis reaction. You might have touched something that have made your skin to react in that way.
Or if you are an allergic person it is some type of allergy caused after contact.

If I was your caring doctor I would recommend to use vaseline and keep it moist for couple of days. A steroid cream would help it to heal - use it for once/day, thin layer until it gets better.

If worse or not better contact me again with more information on the changes or see your local doctor.

Hope this is helpful. Let me know if you need more clarification.

Take care,
Dr. Papaqako.
