Brief Answer:
Intertrigo

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on the history that you described, it appears you eroded an area due to excessive scratching. Perhaps it was a vascular area and a vessel was eroded, into. Clean the area with diluted povidone solution and apply Neosporin or polyfax like topical antibiotics. Till the area is bleeding, apply firm pressure with a clean gauze piece or cotton swab. For the intertrigo (yeast infection), Zinc oxide along with clotrimazole would help resolve it.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
