Suggest Treatment For Scrotal Rash

I have recently had a radical prostatectomy on 10/13/11. I am a little over 3 weeks post op. What is the best way to treat scrotal rash from the constant dripping that I am experiencing at this time? Currently I am keeping it clean and coated with the zinc oxide creams on the market. What else is out there that can help me get relief from the redness and burning?

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

It is very important to maintain good hygiene and use cotton underwear.
I also recommend using a mild steroid cream for local application in case that the rush continue.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
