Brief Answer:
palmar psoriasis

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your XXXXXXX concern and following is step wise management:

1. Since psoriasis rarely affect palms and soles so have you ever been to a skin specialist or general physician to exclude any other disease (chiefly eczema, tinea) or examination of elbows-knees-back of trunk- and scalp?

PS. If possible do upload the snapshot of your palms for better understanding.

2. Have you taken any Allopathic or Alternative system of medicine for the same ( dose and duration)?

3. Any nail changes? & pus in palms?

4. Any Investigaion done, like: skin biopsy, skin scrapping, X-ray of hand joints & Rheumatoid factor?

5. In Ayurveda I usually manage the patient on the line of " Kitibha" and medicine is given alongwith dietary regime, so let me know about above questionnaire.

PS.
. Psoriasis is associated with relapses and remissions
. worse in winter season.
. nail changes (particularly dystrophy) is resistant to treatment.

Please note that this problem is since last 10+ years. But in last couple of years it has become severe. It completely went of this feb and came back in october. I feel it's because of heat in body. In general I have lot of back ache too and little high BP(140/80).

Here is my response to your queries:
Have you taken any Allopathic or Alternative system of medicine for the same ( dose and duration)?
My Response - Yes I took some allopathic medicine for a month or so which had some tablets and skin cream but was not of much use. From last one year I am taking Kaishor Guggul two tablets twice daily.

Any nail changes? & pus in palms?
My Response - No I don't see any changes in the nail also there is no pus in the palms. It starts with a red patch with small bump on palms and then it cracks as shown in the uploaded image.

Any Investigation done, like: skin biopsy, skin scrapping, X-ray of hand joints & Rheumatoid factor?
My Response - No I have not went through any investigation.
