As per your query answer is-

The gold standard of surgical treatment of colorectal anastomotic leak is abdominal drainage of collected gas and stoma formation. This complication carries with it a reported mortality ranging from 6 to 39%. Early diagnosis is key for the prevention of mortality.Procedure to be done is Omentoplasty. However a good advice for management can be given only after viewing the MRI or Other scans.
Kindly incorporate the scans of patient and diacuss options with your treating doctor.

In general energency drainainage of gas bubbles should be done if these symptoms are present.
The treating physician should be informed of any of the following problems after surgery:
increased pain, swelling, redness, drainage, or bleeding in the surgical area.headache, muscle aches, dizziness, or fever or increased abdominal pain or swelling, constipation, nausea or vomiting, rectal bleeding,
