Brief Answer:
Postprandial hypotension.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

In my opinion, first condition that needs to be assessed/excluded is Postprandial hypotension, or lowering of blood pressure after meals.

Evaluation of this condition as a possible cause of your symptoms, includes checking blood pressure after 5 minutes rest in laying position before meals and 4-5 times after 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes in laying position.

The main mechanism after this condition is splanchnic dilatation ( widening of abdominal blood vessels ) after meals.

Since you experienced symptoms after exercise too, an incompetence of sympathetic nervous system should be considered also.

Further insight on your condition will be given after blood tests results ordered by your Doctor.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
